WebHey guys, Skinny here again. I started this petition to actually tell the Toontown Rewritten Team what is going on with this glitch in the bullion mint. Please read it. This glitch is really serious and it needs to be fixed. Whenever every toons had finished the maze, you will see the timer is still running. You guys know it is really annoying whenever you see this glitch. WebLevel 12 Cogs are the most powerful normal Cogs in Toontown. They have 200 health points (44 more than the previous level) or 400 as a V2.0 Cog. They can only be found at the top level of extremely powerful Cog buildings, in Cog headquarters, or in field offices ( Mr. Hollywoods only).
