WebWhile yes it does open a new tab in Google it's a little laggy, it just opens a normal tab then trys to quickly switch it to Google. In addition it does not auto select the URL bar, instead it auto selects the Google Search bar which I don't prefer. The search bar on the new tab page does not respect the default search engine chosen to be used for the address bar and this is very disapointing.
