Web29 de out. de 2024 · The server has been shutdown, rebooted, several times and yet it is still in OOBE. I have even went into the registry to change the 1 into a 0, which should tell it that it isn't in OOBE anymore. Whenever I run Windows Update, it reverts back to a 1.
