WebTarkin's unique zeta is great for stacking more potency that turns into huge damage on his AoE, but in arena, you don't get many turns to set it up. In raids (thinking HAAT p3) it looks pretty useful. It's way better than his leader zeta, but I'd say Krennic's zeta is a bit better overall. Not at the moment.
